MY REVIEW

One of the boring time travel movie. They have spend lot of money but not new things. Money only won’t make a good movie. Did not impress my first Chinese movie.

The plot is nice but lot of looseends. Poor acting. they had less chemistry. It is very average . Doen’t have the thrill of scifi

Advantageous(2015)

In a near-future city of economic hardship, Gwen and her daughter Jules do all they can to hold on to their joy together, despite the instability. Performances are strong, especially from lead Jacqueline Kim, who is so compelling as the protagonist, who will do anything for her daughter but also is very human and flawed. The special effects are terrific for such a low budget indie, and they never go over the top or detract from the story

Director
Jennifer Phang

Starring
Jacqueline Kim
James Urbaniak
Freya Adams

MY REVIEW

I saw this movie and I enjoyed it. I don’t know if I would sIay that it was “the greatest”, but it was definitely interesting and well made. The actors/actresses were great. It is a thought-provoking a movie is, the fewer people will get it. I really like the mind twisters. I am very happy that an asian women could do such kind of script which is not previously attempted by Women.

Independence Day(1996)

The aliens are coming and their goal is to invade and destroy Earth. Fighting superior technology, mankind’s best weapon is the will to survive. ….. The Laser reflector seen next to Eagle’s Descent stage on the Moon at the start of the movie is in the wrong place and facing the wrong direction. It was placed much

Directed by
Roland Emmerich
Starring
Will Smith
Bill Pullman
Jeff Goldblum

MY REVIEW

So they managed to fly 90 billion light years across interstellar space and their most advanced world techniques are basically jets with lasers. They could probably have advanced a lot. Not marching up fully. This is an average movie with scifi techniquest. To be honest, I got thrilled when I watch for the first time.. Not anymore.

Total Recall( 2012)

A factory worker, Douglas Quaid, begins to suspect that he is a spy after visiting Rekall – a company that provides its clients with implanted fake memories of a life they would like to have led – goes wrong and he finds himself on the run.The two biggest differences between this new “Total Recall” and the 1990 original are that no scenes are set on Mars, and it stars Colin Farrell instead of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Mars we can do without, I suppose, although I loved the special effects creating the human outpost there. This movie has its own reason you can’t go outside and breathe the air.

Directed by
Len Wiseman
Starring
Colin Farrell
Kate Beckinsale
Jessica Biel
Bryan Cranston
John Cho
Bill Nighy

MY REVIEW
It is like a cartoon movie. The part 1 atleast come up with concept , part is just the graphical effect.Boring run and Chase movie. Maybe it had a plot but it was lost in the boring action scenes. Another Hollywood miscarriage

Total Recall(1990)

Paul Verhoeven’s wild sci-fi action movie Total Recall, Arnold Schwarzenegger plays a 21st-century construction worker who discovers that his entire memory of the past derives from a memory chip implanted in his brain. Schwarzenegger learns that he’s actually a secret agent who had become a threat.

Directed by Paul Verhoeven

Starring
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Rachel Ticotin
Sharon Stone

MY REVIEW
This film was made in 1990. Even today, not many film makers can do special effect is like this. People who enjoys science fiction can watch this movie. The concept is original and interesting . This is a kind of movie some can watch many times and not get bored watching it. I feel bored. It is due to generation gap. I have enjoyed Danters Peak, Volcana etc. I am not sure whether I can. The movie is a cartoon, though can enjoyable sometime.

I Am Legend (2007)

Taken from great scifi author Richard Matheson’s influential Novel of the same name, Director Francis Lawrence’s I Am Legend follows the last man on Earth as he tries to survive while defending off the infected survivors of a devastating zombic plague. A brilliant scientist who raced to discover a cure for the man-made virus as humanity came crumbling down all around him

Will Smith
Alice Braga
Dash Mihok

MY REVIEW
It is a different zombie apocalypse movie. It is taken well.. Will Smith is good. It has a different plot. I hate Zombie movie but I am ok with this. It has two endings and I have watched both. I think better only shoot one. Over all one time watch. I liked the ending which one of creatures made butterfly on glass doors and proved they have feelings

Marjorie Prime(2017)

A service creating holographic projections of late family members allows a woman (Smith) to spend time with a younger version of her deceased husband (Hamm).

Marjorie, a woman in her 80s, sometime around the year 2050, is experiencing bouts of dementia. Julie (Andujar), her caretaker, also moves in with the family to watch over Marjorie and also confides in Walter. Marjorie has chosen a youthful version of Walter, which disturbs her daughter, Tess (Davis). Tess refuses to speak to the computer program that looks like her father. Marjorie tells stories of her life to Walter Prime, and enjoys listening to him tell them back. Sometimes she asks him to embellish a story to make it better the next time he tells it, so the new story will become her new memory

Director: Michael Almereyda
Starring
Jon Hamm
Geena Davis
Lois Smith
Tim Robbins

MY REVIEW
This is a complicated movie. It is surely taken on a low budget. The actors are all in special mood. The introduction of prime is a new concept(I guess, I have not seen before).LIke the acting of Lois Smith. Never seen her movie before. There is no thrilling experience. It is not an entertainer. Chance for an oscar nomination. MMMMM. One time watch

MY REVIEW
The concept is so cool. I loved this movie. This movie makes you think. And if it doesn’t, well I guess your imagination died a long time ago. There is some genius things in this movie. I am not sure going to India and finding the related eye and those are great. Honesty I understood that eyes are unique from this movie.
