It is a good movie. Shown very simple some crucial aspects of life. Did not complicate the feeling at all. The ending is simple too good. The best part of this movie is the very last scene

The Shape of Water(2017)

From master story teller, Guillermo del Toro, comes THE SHAPE OF WATER – an other-worldly fairy tale, set against the backdrop of Cold War era America circa 1962. In the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works, lonely Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of isolation
This is like a fantasy movie and taken well. I enjoyed the movie but doubt whether it deserves an OSCAR.it is an ok “love story” because they don’t spend enough time to build the relationship and it is pure fantasy. But why most of people say this movie is “masterpiece” I just don’t get it.

I saw the movie after recommendation from my friend. It is one of the or the best Romantic movie I have seen.It takes us to the involvement of being together. Some times love doesn’t care if you’re married, if you have kids. It’s more about what your heart is telling. It is a good learning for guys on how to treat a women too..
Awesome acting by Meryl Streep may be she is the actor is century. Their involvement shows their real feeling. I even doubt whether Meryl Streep is dating Clint Eastwood

The Best of Me

“Everyone wanted to believe that endless love was possible. She’d believed in it once, too, back when she was eighteen.”

In the spring of 1984, high school students Amanda Collier and Dawson Cole fell deeply, irrevocably in love. Though they were from opposite sides of the tracks, their love for one another seemed to defy the realities of life in the small town of Oriental, North Carolina. But as the summer of their senior year came to a close, unforeseen events would tear the young couple apart, setting them on radically divergent paths.

Now, twenty-five years later, Amanda and Dawson are summoned back to Oriental for the funeral of Tuck Hostetler, the mentor who once gave shelter to their high school romance. Neither has lived the life they imagined . . . and neither can forget the passionate first love that forever changed their lives. As Amanda and Dawson carry out the instructions Tuck left behind for them, they realize that everything they thought they knew—about Tuck, about themselves, and about the dreams they held dear—was not as it seemed. Forced to confront painful memories, the two former lovers will discover undeniable truths about the choices they have made. And in the course of a single, searing weekend, they will ask of the living, and the dead: Can love truly rewrite the past?

This is typical chick flick which we can enjoy. I am not against chick flick. The romantic scenes are well carved out. After seeing this, we want to fall in love again. It look like a regional language movie(Malayalam is my language). Anyway it is enjoyable

I love the movie. It is romantic entertainer. Lot of not realistic acting in the movie which I don’t care. I like the way movie is structured. I don’t enjoy the ending that much. I don’t want will to die. You can’t change who people are.” “And what can you do?” “You love them.”. This is amazing sentence. Assisted suicide is such a sensitive topic, I think this movie does a fantastic job in telling the story. I am glad it is not another melodramatic happily ever after but something that could be real

Director: Jon Amiel
Actor : Richard Gere, Judie Foster

I love this movie. It is taken very well. I am not really ok with ending. I sometimes think Judie foster and Richard Gere are the actors of the century. Must see.. I rate this movie very high

Director: Taylor Hackford
Richard Gere as Aviation Officer Candidate Zack Mayo
Debra Winger as Paula Pokrifki
David Keith as AOC Sid Worley
Robert Loggia as Chief Petty Officer Byron Mayo (Zack’s father)
Lisa Blount as Lynette Pomeroy

I always avoid watching movies before 1990. This is one of the best movies I have seen. Worth watching every minute. The romantic scenes are well carved out. Richard Gere and Debra Winger Romantic scenes are well carved out. Heard that movie was a big hit in the early 80s, won academy awards including best supporting actor for Louis Gosset Jr. Louis Gosset Jr was superb. One of my favorite military-based movies. It has everything: emotion, discipline, romance, real friendship, everything.I heard that Lisa Blount died, who played the scheming Lynette Pomeroy in this movie. All young people should be required to watch this.

One Day (2011 film)

One Day” is a film based on the David Nicholls best-seller about a boy and girl who graduate from the University of Edinburgh on July 15, 1988, and spend the night together. The story follows them by dropping in on July 15th of their lives for year after year, which is a useful device,

It is just an OK Movie. I watched again thinking that I have not watched before. This is not that great of a movie. There are no coincidence in the ending. The whole movie literally builds up to that one moment and it’s all happy, sunshines & rainbows. You have to make everyone cry their eyes out and crawl into a ball of frustration and emotions!
Both Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess mesh so well together in the film that you almost kind of believe that they’re a real couple. The story itself is quite relatable too because let’s face it, love takes time and patience for it to finally grow

Runaway Bride is a 1999 American romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall and starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.A runway bride is a woman who cancels her wedding very close to the time of the ceremony or who even runs away from the ceremony itself. ‘

It is an ordinary comedy with no meaning in it. How can this phenomenon be explained? Why don’t these women simply say “No” when the marriage is proposed?:-)

Richard Gere

Susan Sarandon is always graceful and romantic though did not get a role of her talent and Stanley Tucci is out standing. I loved his role
