Julia Roberts stars in this legal drama based on the true story of a woman who helped win the largest settlement ever paid in a direct-action lawsuit. Erin Brockovich is an single mother of three children who has recently been injured in a traffic accident with a doctor. Her lawyer, Ed Masry, expects to win, but Erin’s explosive courtroom behavior under cross-examination loses her the case, and Ed will not return her phone calls afterwards. One day, he arrives at work to find her in the office, apparently working. She says that he told her things would work out and they did not, and that she needed a job. Ed takes pity on Erin, and she gets a paid job at the office.She works to open up a legal case which gets settlement for a large group of people.

I loved this movie. I started respecting the real Erin Brockovich by this movie.The way she said I am smart, I am hardworking and I am not leaving her without a job , Please don’t make me beg.Julia roberts deserves an Oscar for this movie.
Erin character is very inspirational, her fighting performance is amazing.Over 634 victims were awarded $333MM in recovery for their illnesses.If it wasn’t for Erin these victims would have gotten their case
